Our friends over at Iowa Chill are leveling up — and this time, it’s on the grill. The team behind one of Iowa’s most influential social brands has teamed up with Berkwood Farms to launch a premium new line of locally sourced meat called Iowa Chill’d Meats, and they’re making it official with a flavorful debut at the Free Range BBQ & Music Festival on Saturday, June 14 at Jasper Winery in Des Moines.

For nearly a decade, Iowa Chill has built a digital following by amplifying what makes the Midwest special — from tailgates to memes to merchandise. Now, with the launch of Iowa Chill’d Meats, they’re bringing that same cultural energy to the food space.

This isn’t just branding. It’s a farm-first partnership with Berkwood Farms, an Iowa-based co-op with a national reputation for raising sustainably raised, open-pen, antibiotic-free Berkshire pork and American Wagyu beef. It's a modern meat venture that still operates with a handshake mindset.
